We use DHL Express to ship to our customers in the USA, that typically takes between 2-3 days.

We price our USA shipping charges based on the value in your basket.

European Union Shipping

We know that some of the changes since Brexit have made deliveries to and from the UK more complicated and costly for some businesses.

At Mrs. Alice, we've been working hard to make sure you don't experience any of these hidden fees or unexpected delays. Until further notice we'll be paying all taxes, duties & customs related costs for our EU customers.

No hidden costs and no paperwork to delay your order.

In addition to this, to keep our shipping rates highly competitive we will be offering a DHL Economy service to EU starting from just £18 with all duties, taxes & customs fees included in this price.

Orders outside of the EU (including any EEA countries) may be subjected to Import Duties & possible Sales Taxes at point of entry. These charges are the purchaser's liability and must be paid by the purchaser.
